The Cigario app is intended only for individuals aged 18 and older. Tobacco products are harmful to health, and advertising or promotion of tobacco products is restricted by law in the Czech Republic.
By registering for the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user does not meet this age requirement, we may immediately terminate the account.

The operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Cigario app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete my account. After deletion, all related data is permanently removed.
The operator may terminate an account that repeatedly or seriously violates these Terms, without compensation.
The operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes through the app. Continued use of the app after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
Cigario is an independent information and community platform for cigar enthusiasts. It is not a tobacco retailer, does not enable the purchase or ordering of tobacco products, and is not an advertiser or a distributor of advertising for tobacco products.
The cigar database and the map of places serve solely as a neutral, informational and educational catalog. We have no commercial relationship with manufacturers, importers or sellers of tobacco products, and we do not accept payment for the preferential display of their brands.
Any price shown for a cigar is indicative and for reference only and does not constitute an offer for sale or an invitation to purchase.
The use of tobacco products is harmful to health. Cigario does not promote or encourage the consumption of tobacco products and makes no claims regarding their safety or health benefits. The content of the app is cultural, historical, community-based and educational in nature, and is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over who have themselves chosen to use tobacco products.
Records, photographs, ratings and comments are content created by users and express their personal opinions and experiences. They do not constitute advertising or commercial communication by the operator, and the operator does not publish them on commission or for payment from third parties. The operator acts as a provider of hosting space for this content and, upon notice, will act against content that violates these terms or the law.
