The light gave a full-bodied profile with a spicy retro and notes of black pepper, charred wood, leather, and spice. This was a fine smoke, though, and I'd definitely smoke it again. The burn continued wavy but self-correcting through the 2nd third, then bordered on lopsided in the last third but the nub was reached before any maintenance was needed.
