The light gave a mild/medium profile with notes of butter, nuts, and cream. This was a very pleasant, tasty smoke and, while the construction wasn't the best in regards to the occasionally uneven burn, I fully intend to smoke more of these. The burn got lopsided in the 2nd third and required a touch-up followed by a second touch-up before reaching the nub.
