The light gave a medium/full profile with a spicy retro and notes of black pepper, charred wood, and spice. Flavors were good enough to smoke it again, though, and hopefully a 2nd sample would perform better. The burn continued wavily in the 2nd third and then got lopsided and a touch-up was needed.
