The light gave a full-bodied profile with a spicy retro and smooth notes of black pepper, licorice, and wood. If it takes a degree in rocket science to make a quality stick, Padron must have a near-monopoly on rocket scientists who blend and roll cigars in their spare time as I haven't had a bad one yet, unlike nearly every other brand I've smoked thus far. The burn was razor-sharp for the duration and things were very uneventful down to the nub.
