The first Bar and Books in the Czech Republic, opened in 2004. A whisky and cigar bar in the heart of Prague's Old Town — an intimate British colonial atmosphere and a fine cigar selection. The venue is divided into two separate zones to ensure everyone's comfort: a main non-smoking area and a dedicated, well-ventilated cigar lounge section where smoking is permitted. Guests can enjoy cigars exclusively in this designated lounge area during all opening hours. You can choose from our premium humidor with a curated selection of Cuban, Dominican, and Nicaraguan cigars, or bring your own, subject to a standard cutting fee. There is no reservation required and walk-ins are welcome. It's a smaller, more intimate place, but that’s exactly what creates its exclusive, hidden-gem atmosphere.
