Above 21

Above 21 is an upscale whisky and cigar lounge on the 14th floor of FIVE Palm Jumeirah, a glamorous two-storey space styled after the roaring 1920s with sweeping views over the Dubai Marina skyline. Its walk-in humidor is stocked with fine cigars from around the world, paired with a collection of more than 200 single malt whiskies and expertly mixed cocktails — and, in Dubai's smoking-friendly setting, you can enjoy your cigar right there in the lounge. Sophisticated and atmospheric, with live music and art-deco glamour, it is one of the Palm's standout spots for an evening with a cigar. We are about to review this place. For now, you can check all the details on their website.
