J.C. Newman Cigar Co.

J.C. Newman Cigar Co. makes and distributes several distinct cigar brands. Its official brand lineup includes Quorum, Brick House, Diamond Crown, and Perla del Mar. In Cigario, the company's name sometimes appears in the brand field where a product brand belongs; those records include Quorum alongside Luis Martinez and Perla del Mar cigars. This description therefore explains the company as a whole, not one blend. During catalog cleanup, each cigar should retain its actual product brand, with J.C. Newman recorded as its producer where appropriate.

Producer versus brand

Quorum, Brick House, Diamond Crown, and Perla del Mar have their own identities within the J.C. Newman portfolio. The company name is not a substitute for each product's brand.

Quorum

The official Quorum page distinguishes Classic, Shade, and Maduro. Their wrappers differ, so they cannot all share one product-level description.
