The spice in the nose faded quickly with the other flavors staying mostly consistent through the first half or so after which the chalk hint was replaced with something darker and a bit more intense that I couldn't put my finger on. The burn gradually evened out in the 2nd third and things were then mostly uneventful down to the nub apart from a bit of continued self-correcting waviness in the burn line.
